Wolf von Kumberg of ArbDB, the Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Board Chambers, commented:

“I was delighted to contribute to the Stockholm Energy Charter Treaty Forum, which builds on the work on mediation we have been doing with the Energy Charter Secretariat.  We will be developing this into a further paper to build on our occasional paper on mediation of investor/state and energy disputes already published by the Energy Charter Secretariat”.
