Clerk to Chambers - Martin Poulter
Martin Poulter, Clerk to ArbDB Chambers, commenced his career in the law as a Barristers' Clerk in 1977 in Lincoln's Inn.
He then worked in the Temple at 4 Essex Court (now Essex Court Chambers), and barristers' chambers in Lincoln's Inn, Gray's Inn, and Bedford Row in senior practice management roles.
Martin then established a unique specialist consultancy for barristers' chambers in 2002 providing business development, clerking and other support services for barristers' and law firms, throughout England and Wales.
Martin has been the Clerk to the ArbDB Chambers since 2013. He is married, has two married sons, and four grandchildren.
In his spare time, he runs, plays golf, and regularly visits a well-known London football team at Stamford Bridge.
