About Us

ArbDB Chambers was established in 2011 by John Wright, Tony Marks and Michael Cover, all experienced third party neutrals, who formed the initial Board of Directors and Management Committee of ArbDB Chambers. The vision was to set up to establish an international set of Third Party Neutrals, with Members from different professional disciplines and jurisdictions, and this was achieved.

 

Tony continues as an Associate Member of ArbDB Chambers and John is working towards retirement. Michael continues as the Director of ArbDB Limited, with the support of other Members of ArbDB Chambers on the Executive Committee.

 

ArbDB Chambers now has Members in UK, UAE, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Australia and USA, who are all leading arbitrators, mediators and adjudicators and dispute board members, as listed in the Members section.

 

Martin Poulter has been the Clerk to ArbDB Chambers since 2013, assisted by our Assistant Clerk, Clare Irons.
