ArbDB Chambers Member, Wolf von Kumberg, in Kyrgyzstan seeking to build capacity on mediation of Investor State Disputes

Wolf von Kumberg was in Kyrgyzstan in March 2019 consulting with the Government to determine whether any of their Investor State Disputes might be subject to resolution by mediation. While there, he also signed an MOU on behalf of CEDR, of which he is a Director, with the International Court of Arbitration to cooperate in the development of mediation in the country.
