Anthony Canham FICE FCIArb FAE Joins ArbDB, The Arbitration, Mediation And Dispute Board Chambers.

Anthony (Tony) Canham has accepted an invitation to become a Full Member of ArbDB, the Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Board Chambers. Tony is a Civil Engineer and has been a practising arbitrator since 1977 and he acts as an adjudicator and mediator. He is a member of the panels of arbitrators of leading institutions, including the CIArb, the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, the KLRCA and the DIAC. He has been appointed internationally as a party appointed arbitrator, or Chairman of the of arbitral tribunal, in ICC, LCIA , and DIAC arbitrations and he is widely known in the UK and international dispute resolution circles for conducting Assessments for entry to Fellowship level of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
His dispute board and adjudication experience extends to appointments to Dispute Boards in the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Egypt and the has acted for many years as a named adjudicator in Canary Wharf contracts. He has particular experience of arbitrating complex international high value construction, oil and gas and capital plant disputes.
Tony is a, a Chartered Civil Engineer, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Chartered Arbitrator. He is a Past President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a past President of the Society of Construction Arbitrators.
