PETER MCQUEEN FCIARB HAS ACCEPTED AN INVITATION TO BECOME A MEMBER OF ARBDB, THE ARBITRATION, MEDIATION AND DISPUTE BOARD CHAMBERS

Peter McQueen has accepted an invitation to join ArbDB, the Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Board Chambers. His membership is effective from 1 July 2016. 

Peter has been admitted as a Barrister and as a Solicitor in various Australian jurisdictions and as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of  England and Wales.

He has over 35 years' experience as a dispute resolver, specialising in maritime, aviation, transport and international trade. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an accredited mediator and has acted as a third party neutral under the auspices of ACICA, HKIAC, ICC, LMAA and SIAC. He is on the panels of leading arbitration institutions in Europe, Australia, China, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Peter is the author of articles and presenter of conference and seminar papers on dispute resolution topics and lectures in international arbitration law and maritime law on post-graduate courses at universities in Australia and France.
