Paul Rose visits the University of Michigan Faculty of Law

ArbDB member Paul Rose was recently invited to address the Vis Moot law students at the Faculty of Law, the University of Michigan. Paul met with, discussed and advised the Dean of International Affairs on several issues affecting students’ career choices. His presentation covered the UK perspective on the topics of conflict of interest and costs in international arbitration, attracting a number of questions on matters such as duties of an expert and costs protection.
