ArbDB Chambers Member, Paul Rose, Judges At The 11th Annual Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot

Paul Rose, who is a Chartered Arbitrator and Chartered Surveyor and Member of ArbDB, the Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Board Chambers, acted as a judge and arbitrator at the 11th Annual Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong. The Moot took place between 31 March and 6 April 2014 and was competed for by university and law school teams from all over the World. 

Paul judged and arbitrated at the General Rounds and the 8th Finals and was on standby for the Quarter Finals.

Paul Rose commented: ‘I was delighted to have had the opportunity to have judged and arbitrated at this fantastic moot. The competing teams were of the usual high standard and it was a pleasure to network with colleagues and friends from so many other countries, all against the backdrop of the vitally important East Asia jurisdiction of Hong Kong’.
