NEW EDITION OF LEADING TEXT ON THE ARBITRATION ACT 1996

ArbDB Member Jonathan Tecks and colleagues Bruce Harris and Rowan Planterose, the authors of a leading text on the Arbitration Act 1996, are delighted to announce that the fifth edition is now available. ‘The Arbitration Act 1996 – A Commentary’ is published by WILEY Blackwell in association with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
