The IP Law Summer School ran from 13-17 August 2018. Michael did a session under the topic of IP Enforcement and the session took the form of a Workshop; Mock Alternative Dispute Resolution. Michael and another leading IP third party neutral, David Perkins, took the course through a mock mediation of an IP case, which drew on their combined experience of mediating (and arbitrating) IP and related disputes.
