ArbDB Membersto Speak On Mediation At The Solicitors Group Conference

ArbDB Members and leading commercial mediators, Tony Marks and Michael Cover, spoke at this conference on Wednesday 25 September 2013 in London on ‘Going to Mediation- Predictable Problems in Practice and How to Fix Them’.

They tackled such topics as mediator selection, confidentiality, breaking deadlock and authority to settle. Tony also chaired the whole day of the section of the Conference on Civil Litigation.
