ArbDB Members Mark Appel, Michael Cover And Wolf Von Kumberg Have Been Involved In Helping To Develop Investor State Mediation Working Together With ICSID, ECT, CEDR And IMI

ArbDB members Mark Appel, Michael Cover and Wolf von Kumberg have been involved in helping to develop Investor State Mediation working together with ICSID, ECT, CEDR and IMI. As a result of these efforts the first IS mediator training programme will be held at ICSID in Washington from the 12th through the 14th of June, followed by a Symposium on the 15th. Both Mark Appel and Wolf von Kumberg are participating.
