Mark spoke at this event in a session entitled “Can Mediators be Deal Makers?”. The Panel explored the development of deal mediation and the role of mediators as deal makers. A link to Mark’s slides is here.                 ].

Mark’s affiliation with the International Mediation Institute (IMI) was very relevant to this session. Mark is the Chair of the IMI Investor State Mediation Task Force and is currently an Honorary Director of IMI.
