ArbDB Chambers Members Participate In The International Mediation Institute Task Force On Investor State Mediation

ArbDB Chambers Members, Mark Appel, Wolf von Kumberg and Michael Cover, are now participating in the Investor State Mediation Task Force of the International Mediation Institute (IMI). Mark Appel was already the Chair of this Task Force and Wolf von Kumberg and they have been now been joined by Michael Cover. IMI is a non-profit public interest initiative to drive transparency and high competency standards into mediation practice across all fields worldwide. The Task Force has already released a report on Competency Criteria for Investor-State Mediators and will be doing further work in conjunction with, for example, the Energy Charter Secretariat in this area. Wolf von Kumberg is an IMI Board Director and Mark Appel is an Honorary Board Director of IMI.
