Michael Cover Appointed As The Chairman Of The Mediation Sub-Committee Of The Chartered Institute Of Arbitrators

ArbDB Member, Michael Cover, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Mediation Sub-Committee of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). He also joins the Practice and Standards Committee of the CIArb, the Chairman of which is Tim Hardy and to which the Mediation Sub-Committee reports. The Mediation Sub-Committee will be looking to tackle such projects as the CIArb Mediation Rules and to work with the Education Committee of the CIArb on mediator standards and education. 

Michael said: 'I am delighted to have been appointed as the Chairman of the Mediation Sub-Committee and we look forward to renewing the Committee membership and contributing generally to the activities of the CIArb, as it works towards its Centenary Year in 2015'.
