CIArb DAS Convention 2021

Jane Gunn and Robert Sliwinski to speak at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) Dispute Appointment Service (DAS) Convention on 1 December 2021

ArbDB Chambers Members, Jane Gunn and Robert Sliwinski, will be speaking at this event:

Jane, who is the incoming President of the CIArb, will be speaking at the Convention, which has the theme and title "Catalyst for Change: How ADR can Facilitate the Global Sustainability Transition".

Jane will be part of the Panel of distinguished mediators tackling "Is it time for Mandatory Mediation?" and will also sum up at the close of the Convention.

Robert will be on the Panel for "Adjudication in Focus", which, amongst other things, will look at whether adjudicative processes can be used outside construction.
