Arthur Marriott QC

The members of ArbDB, the Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Board Chambers, are sad to learn of the death of leading arbitrator and mediator, Arthur Marriott QC, who was a member of Chambers when ArbDB was established.

Arthur Marriott was a leader in his field and involved in a number of significant initiatives in private dispute resolution, both in the UK and internationally, including the passing of the Arbitration Act 1996.
