ArbDB Chambers Members Wolf Von Kumberg And Michael Cover, Speak At The RICS Dispute Resolution In Construction Conference 2017

ArbDB Chambers Members, Wolf von Kumberg and Michael Cover, spoke at the Annual Dispute Resolution in Construction Conference of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), held at the RICS in Parliament Square in London on 25 January 2017.

 

Wolf von Kumberg was part of the panel for the Opening Keynote Panel Discussion: Developing a Collaborative Approach to Conflict Avoidance.  Michael, together with Martin Burns of the RICS, ran a session on Adopting an Evaluative Approach to Mediation Based Resolution.

 

The Conference was well attended, with a full house of 65 construction professionals and also featured sessions on Dispute Boards, Adjudication and arbitration in the construction sector.
