ArbDB CHAMBERS MEMBER, HENRI MIZZI, HAS BEEN APPOINTED AS A JUDGE IN THE SUPERIOR COURTS IN MALTA

ArbDB Chambers Member, Henri Mizzi, has been appointed as Judge in the Superior Courts in Malta and has resigned as a Member of Chambers as a result.

The ceremony of swearing in the new Judge will take place on 1st November 2023.

Before joining ArbDB Chambers and practising as a third party neutral arbitrator and mediator, Henri had a distinguished career as a lawyer in Malta, culminating in being Senior Partner of leading law firm Camilleri Preziosi in Valetta, Malta.
