Wolf von Kumberg has accepted an invitation to become a Full Member of ArbDB, the Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Board Chambers.

Wolf has after 28 years of service recently stepped down as European Legal Director and Assistant General Counsel to Northrop Grumman Corporation, a global aerospace and security Company. He has law degrees from York University in Canada and the University of Cambridge in England and is qualified as a lawyer in both jurisdictions.
He has a longstanding and finely-tuned interest and expertise in ADR (private dispute resolution). He has been a strong advocate of early dispute resolution and indeed dispute avoidance in the corporate environment. He has encouraged the use of dispute boards on major projects, including defence-related and IT projects. While at Northrop Grumman, he handled many of its’ international disputes in various jurisdictions and implemented ADR guidelines, as well as a disputes procedure. His experience includes disputes ranging from the board room , investor/state, government procurement and supply chain. He is now keen to apply this experience to assist both corporations and governments with their disputes.
Wolf is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an Accredited Mediator with CEDR. He is a Board Director of the American Arbitration Association, the International Mediation Institute and the Chairman of the Board of Management of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
