Peter accepts appointments as arbitrator, mediator and facilitator in respect of commercial disputes, in particular those relating to international trade and transport.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Peter is a Member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Court of Arbitration and an Aspiring Full Member of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA).
He has acted as an arbitrator in both ad hoc and institutional arbitrations, including those conducted under the auspices of Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), the ICC, the LMAA and the Singapore International Arbitration Commission (SIAC). He is an arbitration panel member of arbitration institutions in Australia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and United Kingdom.
Peter, having been admitted as a lawyer in Australia and in England and Wales, has practised as a dispute resolution lawyer for over 35 years.
